Shipping and Returns Policy
Our orders are sent out using NZ courier post within New-Zealand. COURIER Overnight shipping only applies between Monday-Thursday. If an order was placed on a Friday we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. We are not responsible for any delays through NZ courier. RURAL Rural areas may take longer to deliver. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY/TRANSIT. Authority to leave parcel can be requested by adding a note to your purchase order however we are not responsible for any loss that may occur. Which includes no refund or replacement product.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Goods were purchased in last 7 days. We do not accept any returns if goods were purchased over 7 days from purchase Goods are in original packaging Goods are unopened and unused Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on lashes, disposables, change of mind and where product is unsealed. This is due to hygiene reasons and we also cannot guarantee the products were stored correctly whilst in purchasers time of handling We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns based on reasons above. We will issue refunds no later then 14 days from when we receive goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods.
